Year 487 Summer Campaign
« on: February 01, 2016, 08:01:00 AM »
So close!  On the orate roll that is.  But then when I went to post and re-read the OOC blurb I noticed the only person who was supposed to roll was the person actually telling the story(ies).

BTW, Arne's going to keep himself subtly on guard here (and not because he was called to make an Intrigue roll).  If there's some friction between Uther and the dude he's visiting, then he's gonna expect treachery.

If that's your mind, then there's a bring risk. The Duke has plenty of knights and soldiers, more than enough to overpower your group.

I'll keep your concerns in mind, and may apply some secret rolls.

So who is it going to be? Rodric of Valka? Or both? Valka could accompany on the drum, and give Rodric a bonus on the roll he chooses.

I'll tell the tale, seeing as Cedwyn already threw Rodric to the wolves. :P

It'll be a few days before I can rehash the original post.  Don't want to tell it the same way every time. :)

I think Rodric should tell the tale like Scatman Crothers.   ;D

Valka was intrigued with the Romans, but a little more interested in that Arne had not asked her of washing in the river. What was he implying?

"I must smell as a flower then," she smirked and continued on the way to the river, her head held high.

Arne glanced over at her, and chuckled as he shook his head.  "No."

I nearly swallowed a flosser... :D

I'm going to challenge Decimus Martinus to a duel. I assume that is not beneath my station.

Your both knights. Though given his attitude before, he may consider it beneath his station and refuse.
