Title: Costs/expenses/equipment for the settlement and warriors

For winter/summer 488 AD:

* Debt to Geoffrey:  2 £ and 120 d. for debt settlement + 1 £ for this year's tax =  3 £ and 120 d.   PAID
* War gear and supplies for 42 warriors for 40 days (includes Arne and Valka):  ??
* Gift of 2 £ to our priestess for all she's done = 2 £ (would that be enough?  Joint cost?)
* Squire upkeep for Arne (Njall Bjarnison):  1 £/year  PAID plus sword  PAID
* Support for settlement:  ??  How many people are in our settlement now? Are they all considered commoners? (joint cost)
* Chieftain's clothing (fashionable):  Same as knight's fashionable clothing, I guess.  PAID
*  Settlement improvements:  I don't even know where to start.  I could use suggestions here.  Are we close to a large body of water? (joint     
    cost)

Still need to decide on which 3 stay home.  Maybe one of the vets and 2 "others".  Will wait for Valka's yea/nay on that.

Total warriors available:  45 (42 on campaign, 3 at home)

  * Veterans:  8  (all on campaign)
  * Young warriors:  6 (1 at home, 5 on campaign)
  * Young warrior aides (squires):  2  (all on campaign)
  * "Others" :  29  (2 at home, 27 on campaign)

Warrior equipment (already bought 487 AD):
  * Hard leather armor
  * Common shield
  * Spear
  * Axe
  * Dagger
  * Rouncy with basic tack and harness (for each veteran and Young warrior aide)

Warrior equipment (bought 488 AD)
  * Swords for the 8 veterans and 2 young warrior aides (squires)
