I was wondering how long it would take someone to correct that 'error'. :)

I guess Arne was just axing for that kind of mercy.

And here I thought Cedwyn would confine Rodric to the tent. Guess he's going for another walk. :)

Bwahaha.

Holy s**t.  Valka just backed off one of the Praetor's knights and two guards with 5 words.

Take that, Xena.    ;D

How does our gear situation look? And did the coins stay in our possession?

No one reported the coin, so even if the Centurion was going to take it, he does not know about it.

You have something like a dozen spears. You each have a single horse, though you can use Arne's for a spare I suppose. Valka took a Great Spear. Arne is also not using his armour, if someone wanted to make use of it. Norman Armour (10) and Shield (6)

His armor is better than what I have but I don't if she'd take it. Would it be acceptable for northmen to swap with a fallen allys armor? Dead or alive?

Welll . . . he is out like a light.  Even if he was awake, he'd tell Valka to use it without hesitation.

Personal call I think. Northmen are fairly pragmatic.

Not real clear on the economy and prices, but it might be a good idea to see if we could get spare horses, better armor, or maybe hire someone to be a squire?  I doubt we would get all of that, but it is just a few ideas I had of things that could prove useful.

If we can. I've been led to believe we'd not find anyone willing to help. That may have changed..

You could easily find young boys to squire for you for a few denarii - armies have such folk trailing them like flies constantly - but they won't be well trained. Figure somewhere between 10 and 13 for their Squire rolls.
